Smart Safety’s BR office (Client Services Dept.) is managed by Nicole Gray. She joined SMART Safety in 2020 and Nicole has been great addition to our Gulf Coast team.
Nicole previously worked with Prime Occupational Medicine for 10 years as a Medical Assistant with her primary focus being Client and patient customer service, her addition has brought an energetic and proactive client focused service for all of our team members and clients.
Nicole is responsible for maintaining the data collection and management side of smart safety’s business information system. This includes many systems and portals including but not limited to Data entry, Client trainings, incident documentations, collecting client data for composing incident rates and EMR Letters, Documentation for OSHA record keeping, managing workers compensation information, along with COI’s, assisting in Pre-Qualifications for clients, documenting and creating OSHA required training certificates (Operator Cards and FA/CPR Cards), compiling and organizing client site audit information, maintaining websites that include ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Browz, Cognibox, PEC and more. Nicole has quickly become a trusted leader on our team that does not hesitate to assist with any needs or requests from our account managers and clients.
